Healthy Habits for this Summer

Tribeee, we are already counting the days to go to the beach or plan a trip and we ask ourselves: How can I keep a healthy diet during this summer season, and continue enjoying my vacations? In this blog we give you some examples of healthy snacks and simple tips that you can follow so you can take beautiful moments to the beach.

Wipala Summer Tips

Summer is the most expected time for many, not only because of the holidays but also because it is the perfect time to get out of the our daily routine and do new things. In this Summer season we want you to have healthy habits, such as the following:

Give a stop to temptations:

The beach offers us innumerable unhealthy food options but if we choose before what we are going to eat, it can helps to avoid them: our quinoa bars, our strawberry and quinoa fruit bites, salads or other nuts are some of the alternatives healthy recommended to take away unhealthy food.

Collect your trash

Having fun with our friends or family can be a good idea, but we have to be aware that tons of trash in the beach such as plastic or containers that are forgotten on the sand go directly into the sea, affecting animals and in different parts of the world. Every time we leave the beach, we need to throw our trash in the correct place.

Fried snacks out:

As we said, the beach offers us innumerable temptations that are not 100% healthy, the digestion of fried foods and other foods with a high fat content is much slower and, with the high temperatures on the beach, it can cause our tension to decrease and we begin to feel discomfort. Walk on the beach
