3 tips to live a Healthy Lifestyle

Have you ever heard about a Healthy Lifestyle? A healthy lifestyle is related to a person’s behavior to maintain body and mind in a good way. In 2015, in a country located in the Andes mountains, Jaime and Marios’ idea was created, a project which focuses on the importance of planet earth in our lives, through conscious consumption for a healthier, simpler and happy life. We present you three habits, that its also part of our team’s philosophy and can also change your healthy lifestyle:

#1) Conservation

Our connection with nature is a key to continue learning about the world and everything around us. Believe it or not, taking care of our planet also means taking care of ourselves and our lifestyle, cause when we are conscious about our environment we commit ourselves to be better humans and create a better lifestyle. Use less plastics, limit your electric consumption, and try more local food. These are some of the steps that OMS recommend us to improve a healthy lifestyle.

#2) Conscious eating

Good nutrition allows us to a healthy lifestyle. Our body also is part of our escene and the way we eat is also our lifestyle. Some advices to improve your feeding habits are: establish your breakfast, lunch and dinner hours, this way you will avoid to eat in other times, control your portion’ sizes, keep hydrated, and the most important, choose products that are high in plant proteins (click here to meet our superfoods), select products that feed your nutritional needs, this will keep you healthy and with full energy everyday.

#3) Meditation and breaks

Breaks are always needed to recover energy and be ourselves again. It’s important to fulfill our established routine, but it’s also important to take breaks and reload energy. Some recommendations for a better break is to improve our healthy lifestyle: doing some yoga, a practice that connects mind and body, do some sport or discipline that you have practiced and dare to resume it!, also practice meditation! People who practice said it is a great way to train and relax the mind. Finally, go for a walk and observe nature!If you don’t have an area to observe it, plan a trip that allows you to disconnect completely with the world, and get closer to what you don’t know about our planet!
