The main purpose of the nutritious lunch is to maintain an equilibrium between carbohydrates, proteins and vitamins (fruits and vegetables). There are so many examples of lunches, for example, a combination of fruits (vitamins) and cereals (carbohydrates).

Lunch time doesn’t mean boring time! We need to make lunch time a special moment for kids so they can associate this moment to something positive in the future.
