Tribe, Have you ever had a life dream? We know that to accomplish our wishes and goals  there is a base of behavior and habits that must be cultivated. To reach them it is important to establish certain actions that will create a healthy and balanced life that will keep us motivated while we are actually working on these. Here we share 5 habits that we recommend you to include in your daily routine: 

  1. Be clear about the your goals

Keeping in mind and establishing where you want to go is something that will train you more and more to get to those dreams you would not even imagine that you could achieve. 

  1.  Wake up early 

Thought it wasn’t important? It is about taking advantage of the day, when you wake up early you will have more hours to perform different activities that will keep your body and mind active, also you can plan or finishpending things. This habit always should be linked to going to sleep the complete hours so you will keep good energy through the day. 

  1. Stay active 

It is always important to keep our body woke, even better if it is around the Pachamama, because it helps you to be somehow nourished, relaxed, it also distracts you and leaves you with much energy and motivation. Keeping possible to improve day by day and get to where you plan to do it. 

  1. Plan with certainty 

Planning and order are key. Planning your time, your finances and your activities, will make you realize how to make a better use of your resources in order to achieve those goals you want to get so much. It creates a mindset, training your brain to be more fast.

  1. Invest in your personal development 

Give you time and space for your learning and development. In this way, your mind will generate experiences in new areas and will make you grow in 2 ways: professionally and personally.
