Green juices that help raise our defenses

In these times it is important to take care of yourself and keep your immune system strong and healthy. For this reason, we have created this recipe so that you can prepare your own natural juices quickly and easily.

Green Apple and Cucumber Juice

This combination will give you an important load of nutrients, ideal to face the day to day with a lot of energy. It is made from a variety of fruits and vegetables, mostly green, which means it is loaded with vitamins, fiber, and antioxidants.

Ingredients:

  • 2 lemons squeezed.
  • 2 cucumbers.
  • 1 green apple.
  • ½ cup of spinach.
  • 1 cup of fresh parsley.
  • 1 cup of natural water.

Preparation:

  1. Peel and cut the cucumbers and apple into small pieces.
  2. Place them in a blender along with the spinach, peppermint, parsley, and lemon juice.
  3. We process until obtaining a homogeneous texture.
  4. Finally, add the cup of water and continue blending until you get a finer texture.
  5. Serve the mixture and drink it as soon as possible, before it oxidizes and its vitamins begin to degrade.
